Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:
Green leaf lettuce
Fresh spinach
Shredded cabbage
Broccoli
Red grapes- slices
Cherry tomatoes-sliced
Green onion
Sauteed shrimp and shredded carrots w/ EVOO & seasoned w/ Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipolte seasoning blend.
Dressing- Lite Olive Oil Vinaigrette

Sooo good!!

Morning Snack

1/2 cup of whole grain plain oatmeal
Added small amount of splenda
Topped with Berries- raspberries, blueberries & blackberries

Very good & so healthy!

Potatoes with Fat Free Cheddar Cheese

Boil potatoes for 15-20 minutes
Preheat oven to 375°
After potatoes are done place in corning ware after spraying with EVOO. 
Season with salt & pepper.
Add small amount of milk.
Sprinkle with fat free cheddar cheese.
Cook in oven for approx 7-10 minutes.
Easy Easy side dish.  Portion in moderation.  Yum!

Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast

Season with EVOO
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Salt
Lemon Juice

Add water while cooking to keep chicken moist.

So easy and so good!
